Meet Kimberly
As a third-generation Real Estate Agent, you could say that Kimberly Pye was born into the real estate industry. For her 18th birthday, her father gifted her the real estate course to get her license, setting her up for her future career. She actively helps her clients sell Residential, Commercial, and Vacant Land properties.
First, however, Kimberly became a marketing expert, earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of South Florida and working for 24 years in the field. Today, she uses her knowledge and experience of marketing, coupled with her sales acumen and people skills to represent home buyers and sellers throughout the northern Tampa Bay, Florida area.
Serving the very fast-growing area of Hernando County and beyond, Kimberly counts around 90% of her business as coming from referrals. She’s built a reputation for providing a happy, seamless experience, whether clients are on the buying or selling side. She often organizes staging, painting, and cleanings to get a home ready for sale. “I keep everything positive for my clients because this can be a really stressful process. Everyone I work with typically becomes a friend for life,” she says.
With her strong business background, which includes owning a marketing and advertising company that was ranked by Inc. 500 for two years in a row, Kimberly uses all the most effective strategies to market her listings. “I’ve learned a lot about buyer behavior over the years, so I tailor my approach to target the right people,” she explains. She not only uses social media and digital marketing, but has been featured in numerous publications and appeared on HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home”, by invitation from the producers.
In her spare time, Kimberly serves on the Education and Events Committee for the Board of Real Estate Agents for Hernando County and frequently donates to charities and events in her community.
Year after year, Kimberly continues to smash real estate records in her area. She closed over $150 million just in the last 3 years, placing her as the top single-agent producer in the county for the fourth year in a row. Her impressive track record includes selling some of the highest priced properties in Hernando County in the past 10 years. She typically sells around 130 properties annually on average, by herself; these are not inflated "team sales" numbers. While her numbers are impressive, it is Kimberly’s drive to always work hard to help her clients find their perfect place that inspires those around her. “If you do the right thing for your clients and put them first, and you are ethical, honest and responsive, your business will naturally grow.”
Kimberly's three sons and husband of 29 years are truly her best accomplishments. Her family is guided by a strong ethical approach in everything they do as her husband is a Retired Deputy US Marshal and her oldest son is now an Active Deputy US Marshal in Washington DC. Their family mantra is..."Always do the right thing, even when no one is watching". You will be comforted knowing Kimberly will always do what is in your best interest and will do what is right by you. She strives to make every client happy they chose her to help them with their sale or purchase.
